Senior Fund Finance Analyst | Private Credit | ACA

93MGMT is working with a growing private markets investment manager with strategies spanning private equity, private debt and private credit.

They are looking to add a Senior Fund Finance Analyst to their London team at a point where the platform is continuing to develop and the finance function is taking on greater responsibility.

This role is aimed at someone who already has a strong grounding in fund accounting and now wants to take on broader ownership. You will work directly with senior members of the finance team, take responsibility across key fund finance workstreams and build towards ownership of individual funds.

The role

• Take responsibility for quarterly fund reporting and review outputs from third-party administrators




• Manage cash, liquidity and forecasting across the funds




• Coordinate capital activity and ongoing fund administration




• Lead key elements of financial statement preparation, audit and year-end reporting




• Produce financial analysis and management information for senior stakeholders




• Manage relationships with administrators, auditors and external advisers




• Review reporting, controls and processes and identify areas for improvement




• Support wider fund activity and ad hoc projects across the platform




• Take increasing ownership of individual funds and associated reporting requirements

Who we're looking for

We are particularly interested in candidates currently working within:

• Fund management - already operating in a fund accounting or fund finance role and looking for broader responsibility, greater ownership and a clearer route towards managing funds




• Fund administration - with strong private markets experience and ready to move in-house into an investment manager where you can work closer to the funds and take on a wider remit

You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified, with strong experience across private equity, private debt, private credit or other alternative investment funds.
