Senior Fund Controller, Fund Finance — Private Credit London | £110,000–£125,000 base + discretionary bonus A high performing private credit manager is seeking a Vice President to join its Fund Finance team.
Operating as Fund Controller at the centre of an active strategy, the successful candidate will own the financial control and reporting cycle, reporting to the Head of Fund Finance and working closely with portfolio management, operations and the fund administrator.
Accurate, timely investor reporting is the defining measure of success in this role.
It will suit a qualified accountant who combines deep fund finance control with genuine technology fluency and experience improving processes.
Responsibilities Deliver accurate investor and internal reporting to tight, recurring deadlines, overseeing outputs from the fund administrator.
Partner with portfolio managers on fund modelling, forecasting, financing, FX hedging and liquidity management.
Manage fund cash forecasting and the associated drawdowns, distributions and redemptions.
Prepare recommendations to, and serve as a member of, the Valuation Committee.
Act as primary contact for auditors, the administrator and other service providers, reconciling fund performance to forecast.
Support fund regulatory and tax reporting, and drive automation, dashboards and process improvement across the function.
Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Experience as a Fund Controller with strong track record of delivery.
Strong knowledge of fund structures, related legal documentation and applicable regulation; private credit exposure a distinct advantage.
A proactive self-starter, precise under pressure, able to communicate complex matters clearly to senior stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
