We're partnering with a leading, multi-billion-dollar private equity manager, actively investing and in a strong period of growth; to hire a Fund Controller into a newly expanded Fund Finance team. This is a broad, deal-facing seat for someone who wants a more commercially orientated role. You'll sit at the intersection of fund control, financial modelling and deal support, partnering with the investment teams as deals are structured and closed.
The role includes:
- Financial and scenario modelling and forecasting at fund level
- Dry powder and capital deployment analysis
- Deal support — coordinating closings, board timelines and deal-team workflows across a select number of high-value transactions each year
- Working closely with the investment/deal teams and wider fund operations function
- Fund control across a complex, multi-fund private equity platform, oversight of fund accounting, reporting and fund-level financials
You will bring:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE as a guide
- Private equity experience, or a background in private market funds
- Adept at managing complex funds, multiple stakeholders, including deal teams, with excellent communication throughout
