Join a growing Private Credit fund as a key member of the investment operations team, working at the intersection of fund performance, treasury, and transaction support. This is not a pure ops role — we’re looking for an Excel-native thinker with strong financial modelling skills and a solid grasp of private markets.

You’ll build and maintain models that bring together core operational functions — from loan settlements and treasury flows to performance forecasting and portfolio monitoring— enabling senior stakeholders to make more informed decisions and scale the platform. This is a chance to add long-term value to the firm and build a desirable blend of knowledge and skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain models to track fund liquidity, leverage, and performance
  • Support deal execution with capital flow forecasting and operational due diligence
  • Partner with treasury, finance, and operations to create cohesive analytical tools
  • Provide insights to the investment team through structured data and scenario modelling
  • Help enhance existing infrastructure as the fund scales

We’re looking for:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in private credit or private market funds.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capability (VBA or Power Query a plus)
  • Understanding of fund structures, NAVs, and capital flows
  • Exposure to treasury, middle office, or fund finance environments
  • An analytical mindset and ability to translate complexity into clarity
  • CFA or qualified accountants desirable.
