It is suited to a technically strong accountant who wants a role with real breadth, visibility, and the opportunity to develop within a high quality investment environment.

This is not a narrow reporting role. It is a well rounded corporate accounting position within a sophisticated business, offering strong exposure across core finance disciplines and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders in a collaborative team.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the month end close and preparation of management accounts
  • Posting journals, accruals, prepayments, and maintaining control of the general ledger
  • Owning key balance sheet reconciliations and supporting a strong financial control environment
  • Assisting with statutory accounts and year end audit delivery
  • Preparing VAT returns and supporting wider tax compliance processes
  • Supporting cash management, reporting, and broader finance operations
  • Working closely with the Financial Controller on process improvement and ad hoc finance projects
  • Contributing to the continued development of a robust and well controlled finance function

Who this would suit:

  • ACA qualified accountant, ideally trained in practice
  • Strong grounding in financial accounting, audit, and statutory reporting
  • Experience working in a broad accounting or finance role with strong technical foundations
  • Commercially minded, detail focused, and confident working across multiple finance deliverables
  • Real estate, property, or investment management exposure is helpful but not essential

Why this role stands out:

  • Broad corporate accounting role within a high quality real estate investment business
  • Exposure across reporting, control, statutory accounts, audit, and finance operations
  • Direct support from an experienced Financial Controller
  • Strong long term development potential within a well regarded platform
  • Collaborative environment with genuine breadth and visibility
