Our client is looking for someone to provide standalone, hands‑on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, day‑to‑day people issues, and light‑touch strategic input as a trusted advisor to leadership and management.
Job Details
- 15 hours/week (very flexible on how these are worked)
- Office near Witney (some home working welcome)
- Salary £35k
- FTE Friendly SME of around 30 people

Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 minimum or equivalent HR experience.
Experience
- Solid HR generalist background with proven experience running end-to‑end recruitment, managing ER casework, and advising/coaching line managers.
Knowledge & Skills
- Up‑to‑date UK employment law knowledge, confidence advising new managers, and the ability to work completely autonomously in a standalone capacity.
