92 Degrees Coffee is a fast-growing coffee brand born in Liverpool. From our coffee shops and roastery to e-commerce, wholesale and franchising, we serve millions of customers every year. Our ambition is simple but bold: to grow Damn Fine CoffeeTM into more cities, more retail outlets and more homes around the world. This role plays a key part in making that happen.
As Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering joined-up marketing across our physical and digital channels. You'll turn insight and ideas into campaigns that drive footfall, sales and long-term brand loyalty. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end, work closely with senior leadership and external partners, and help shape how the brand shows up in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Delivery: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, email, web and in-store. Ensure campaigns are consistent, on-brand and commercially effective. Support store launches, promotions and seasonal activity.
- Brand & Content: Protect and evolve the 92 Degrees brand across all touchpoints. Lead content creation with partners across digital and physical channels. Brief and manage designers, creators and agencies where needed.
- Digital & Performance: Oversee organic and paid activity. Use performance data to optimise campaigns and improve results. Understand what drives footfall, online sales and repeat customers.
- Customer & Growth: Support CRM, email marketing and loyalty initiatives. Think in terms of customer journeys, not just individual campaigns. Help grow our online business and expand into new retail channels.
- Ownership & Reporting: Take responsibility for projects from idea to execution. Track performance and report on what's working (and what isn't). Bring ideas, test quickly and learn fast.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-5+ years' marketing experience. Background in consumer brands, hospitality, retail or D2C. Experience working across multiple marketing channels.
- Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand, digital, content and CRM. Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and outcomes. Confident briefing agencies and external partners. Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
