92 (Chorley) Squadron RAF Air Cadets
Welcome to 92 (Chorley) Squadron RAF Air Cadets
The 92 (Chorley) Squadron RAF Air Cadets is a vibrant youth organisation based in the UK, dedicated to providing young people aged 12 to 20 with opportunities for personal development and adventure. Our squadron is part of the Air Training Corps, which has been inspiring youth since its inception in 1941.
At 92 Squadron, we focus on developing essential life skills through a variety of activities including flying, gliding, and adventure training. We aim to instil values such as teamwork, leadership, and discipline in our cadets, preparing them for future challenges.
Our experienced staff and volunteers are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment where cadets can thrive. We offer a range of programmes that include community service, sports, and outdoor activities, ensuring that every cadet finds something they are passionate about.
We also provide opportunities for cadets to gain qualifications, such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and BTEC certifications, which enhance their CVs and prepare them for further education or employment.
As a squadron, we believe in the importance of giving back to the community. Our cadets regularly participate in local events and charity initiatives, fostering a sense of responsibility and civic duty.
Joining 92 (Chorley) Squadron is not just about learning; it’s about making lifelong friends and memories. We encourage all young people to come and experience what we have to offer.
