THE ROLE:
We're looking for a multi-disciplinary Video Creator / Creative Editor who doesnβt wait to be told that something βcould be betterβ. Video Creators produce high-performance content for social media, website and beyond, blending strategy, editing, motion, sound, and narrative into media that drives results, (not just views).
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit premium short & long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
- Own projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery
- Act as your own creative director, i.e. source, create, or generate every asset if needed, including: graphics, motion, sound, etc, to cohesively serve the story
- Build engaging hooks, retention and pacing
- Adapt creative styles intelligently to different brands and audiences
- Deliver strong first drafts
COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT AND APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- 5+ years of professional editing experience
- A portfolio of social-first content that proves viewer-retention with links to work currently live on social media
- Advanced Premiere Pro + working After Effects so that you can build from scratch, (not reliant on templates)
- A strong sense of storytelling, with the ability to independently select and organise footage into a coherent, engaging narrative even without a provided script
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and at speed without compromising quality
- Strong sense for design, photo editing, and branding
- A strong sound design, colour grading, and audio mixing ability
- A deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and platform-native editing
- Clean workflow habits: methodical, organised, no missed deadlines and excellent communication.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- You consistently deliver high-quality edits with meticulous attention to detail
- Your first cuts are robust and require minimal revision (if any!)
- You actively look for ways to improve content without being asked
- You anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues independently before escalating
- You meet deadlines consistently and flag potential delays early
- You bring fresh ideas, formats, and techniques to every project
WHY JOIN US:
- 100% remote, flexible working
- Full creative ownership from day one without micromanagement
- International brands and creator campaigns
- Performance bonuses + genuine path to a core creative role
- Upskilling with AI workflows and content systems
