Are you an experienced Van Driver looking for work in the New Year? We are currently recruiting Van Drivers for ongoing work for a Furniture Company based in South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon.

About the Van Driver Role

  • Monday to Friday, 6am or 1pm start
  • £12.71ph (PAYE) - £14ph (Upfront holiday pay)
  • Ongoing, long term work, with potential for permanent contract
  • Based in South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon
  • Weekly Pay - Payslips sent by email (No complicated online portal)
  • Holidays Accrued (PAYE) / Pension Contribution

Van Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 1 year, have no more than 6 points for minor offences on licence and aged 21 years or over for insurance purposes.

Duties for the Van Driver Role

  • Delivering furniture and large household products to customers' homes
  • The role will include manual lifting of furniture, including tables & chairs, beds, wardrobes & sofas
  • Assisting with installation of furniture i.e. put legs on to tables, chairs etc.
  • You will have a Drivers Mate with you to assist with the deliveries.
