About the Role:
- Monday to Friday, 6am start
- £13.69 per hour + enhanced rate for OT / Bank Holidays
- Based in Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, SN2
- Ongoing temporary role
Day to Day Duties:
- As a Waste Operative you will be working in small teams, collecting recycling (glass, paper, plastics) or refuse (black bins) alongside the waste vehicle
- This is a physical job working outside, so you must be prepared to work in all weather types
Essential Skills:
- You will need to be physically fit, due to the nature of the role and be prepared to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Work well as part of a fast paced, small team
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience working as a waste operative is desirable but definitely not required
