We are happy to receive interest from candidates with backgrounds in retail sales, travel, hospitality and events. About the Travel Sales Advisor Role: Basic salary of £25K + uncapped commission. Realistic OTE £45K in Year 1 (Up to £60K in Year 2) + great benefits including free or subsidised travel Other benefits include staff discounts / offers on retail & travel, medical healthcare cash plan, additional annual leave linked to length of service. Shift patterns on a rota basis between 8.45am-8pm, including weekends Permanent role Based in Royal Wootton Bassett (carparking on-site) Travel Sales Advisor Role Duties: Answering inbound calls adapting to each customer enquiry whilst building rapport and giving expert advice on cruise and land stay holidays. Ensure professional and knowledgeable management of all customer requirements by matching and building the holiday as a bespoke solution to the customer. Make accurate calculations for the cost of holiday packages. Listen carefully to the customer requirements and alter / rebuild the package to suit if the original package does not suit. Bring energy and drive to the team (approx 30 advisors) and work collaboratively. Finalise quotations and complete the booking process with attention to detail.
