We have an exciting opportunity in the Swindon area and are recruiting for Warehouse Team Leaders to join a busy warehouse operation. As Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high productivity, and adherence to health & safety standards.
About the Warehouse Team Leader role:
- Working across Monday to Friday
- 2 x Fixed Early Shifts (6am-2pm) positions available
- 2 x Fixed Late Shifts (2pm-10pm) positions available
- Competitive salary of £33K per annum
- Permanent contract to start May / June 2026
- Based in West Swindon area
Key Responsibilities for the Team Leader role:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
- Conduct daily briefings, allocate workloads, and monitor performance
- Train staff and manage shift coverage
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain stock accuracy and support cycle counts
- Promote safety first culture, ensuring H&S best practices / processes are adhered to at all times
- Use WMS and ERP systems for inventory control
- Report KPIs and resolve discrepancies.
Experience / Skills required for the Warehouse Team Leader role:
- Experience of working in a Warehouse / Logistics environment is essential
- Experience of leading / supervising a team
- Strong communication and organisation skills
