We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful motor dealership in the Swindon area. Are you an ambitious individual looking to establish a successful career and work as part of a supportive team? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!
About the Sales Executive role:
- Basic salary + uncapped commission. OTE £35-£45K in first year
- Company car + excellent benefits
- Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided
- Working 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday (you will get a day off in the week)
- Working hours are 8:30am-6pm, with 1 late night per week until 9pm (Tues or Thurs)
- Potential for career progression
- Permanent role to start asap
- Based in Swindon
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role:
- Sell new and used vehicles, along with associated products including finance, insurance and paint protection etc.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Generate leads through prospecting, follow-up calls, showroom enquiries and online leads
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets, including finance and product penetration
- Accurately record customer data in line with FCA requirements
Experience / Key Skills required for the Sales Executive role:
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential
- Proven experience within a sales environment (experience within the motor industry is not essential as training will be provided)
- Be target driven with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork
- Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities
