We are recruiting for a full-time Sales Administrator to support a busy Sales Team. Working hours are across Monday to Friday (40 hour working week):
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 16:00 (1-hour unpaid break each day)
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
- Plus 10 additional flexible hours per week, to be worked between 07:30 and 18:30 to allow for the early Friday finish
Additional Details about the Sales Administrator role:
- Pay rate is £13-15 per hour depending on experience
- This role is a temporary ongoing role, with potential for long-term
- Based in Cricklade area (due to location transport is essential)
- Immediate start
Duties & Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator role:
- High volume of data entry
- Updating / populating spreadsheets
- Recording / updating various systems with accurate information / data
- Supporting the Sales Team with any other general admin duties
Experience required for the Sales Administrator role:
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets), Outlook & Word
- Have the ability to be pro-active and work with minimal supervision
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Previous experience of working within an admin role
