We are currently recruiting for 2 x Production Operators for a Night Shift to start immediately on a Temp to Perm basis.

About the Production Operator role:

  • 2 shifts available:
    • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Saturday
    • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + every other Saturday
  • Working hours are 19:00 - 07:00 (12 hour shifts)
  • Pay Rate is £15ph which will increase to £16ph once permanent
  • Breaks paid
  • 12 Week Temp to Perm role with an immediate start
  • Based on outskirts of Swindon (Buses available)

Duties for the Production Operator Role:

  • Ensuring smooth run of empty bottles to filling on the line
  • Using shrink wrapper to pack bottles
  • Stacking pallets
  • Washing and mixing fruit prep
  • Washing tanks in preparation for filling
  • Heating and cooling tanks
  • Some repetitive heavy lifting will be involved (up to 25kg)

Experience / Skills required for the Production Operator role:

  • A high level of common sense in operating machinery
  • A good work ethic and ability to work fast and encourage others to do the same
  • An attitude that puts the business first to ensure that product gets produced on time even if this means working long hours
  • Be good at taking instruction and applying the knowledge in a heat sensitive environment
  • Previous experience working in a clean room environment is desirable
  • Have experience of operating machinery is also desirable
