Do you speak Spanish? Would you like a role where you can utilise your language skills? We are recruiting for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to work within a friendly office in the Swindon area.
About the Role:
- Monday to Friday – No weekends!
- 7:30am-3.30pm or 8.30am-4.30pm
- Temporary - May 2025 to August 2025
- Weekly pay
- £12.24ph + enhanced overtime rates
- Full training will be provided
- Office based role (no remote working option)
Duties:
- You will be the first point of contact for Spanish Customers, who need support with products they have purchased including PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, TV’s etc.
- Escalating issues to second line support where required
- You will be liaising with customers both over the phone and via email
Skills / Attributes required:
- You will need to be fluent in English / Spanish (both written & verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Outlook & Word
