Are you able to read / interpret Technical Drawings? Have you recently finished studying engineering and are looking for a role to give you some experience in the industry? We have an opening for 2 x Technical Assistants to join a Swindon based company on a temporary basis. This is initially a 5 week temporary role working in the Technical Lab with scope for it to be extended.
About the Role:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.15pm
- Pay rate is £12.21 per hour
- Based in SN25 (Buses available)
- Minimum 5 weeks temporary work, potentially longer
Duties / responsibilities:
- Compare technical drawings to identify discrepancies / similarities to original
- Input information i.e. measurements into database
Experience required:
- Experience of reading technical drawings
- Experience working in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Competent IT user - data entry
