Lead Generator in Salisbury

Are you a great communicator, with the confidence to pick up the phone and talk with new and existingcustomers (businesses) to gain information and generate potential leads? If this sounds like you then this could be a great opportunity to join a friendly team.

Working hours are across Monday to Friday (40 hour working week):

• Monday to Thursday:09:00 16:00(1-hour unpaid break each day)
• Friday:08:00 13:00(1-hour unpaid break)
• Plus10 additional flexible hours per week, to be worked between07:30 and 18:30to allow for the early Friday finish

Additional Details about the Lead Generator role:

• Pay rate is £13-15 per hour depending on experience
• This role is minimum 2-3 months, with potential for long-term
• Based in Cricklade area (due to location transport is essential)
• Immediate start

Duties & Responsibilities for the Lead Generator role:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new & existing customers (Businesses, including local councils, schools etc.)
• Identify upcoming projects and gathering relevant information to be passed tothe sales team to follow up on
• Accurately recordconversations, outcomes, and follow-up actions
• Keeping prospect calendars and CRM records fully up to date
• Ensure you are professional, with a confident telephone manner

Experience required for the Lead Generator role:

• Be confident on the telephone with excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
• Have the ability to be pro-active and work with minimal supervision
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong written/ PC skills, with ability to log relevant information, update calenders, systems etc.
