We are looking for a Packing Operative for an immediate start!
About the Packing Operative Role:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
- Pay rate is £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.80 per hour after 12 weeks
- Temporary ongoing role with potential for permanent contract
- Based in Dorcan (SN3). Public transport available
- Immediate start
Duties for the Packing Operative role:
- Standing at a packing station you will be packing batteries (i.e. car, motorbike) into boxes and labelling ready for dispatch. Please be aware that the products can weigh up to 20kg.
- Building flatpack boxes.
- Printing invoices/labels off.
Requirements / Experience required for Packing Operative role:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse operative is essential
- Must be comfortable lifting products of various weights (up to 20kgs)
- It would be advantageous if you have a Reach Forklift Truck licence but if not, a willingness to learn is essential.
