We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
This is a great opportunity to join an established Swindon based company, working within the Customer Service / Planning team.
As a Accounts Administrator you will provide high-quality administrative support and deliver excellent customer service to key clients and external partners.
About the Accounts Administrator Role:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Annual salary £27,936 per annum
Office based role in Swindon (SN3)
Temporary to permanent role
Start date is October 2026
Duties & Responsibilities for the Accounts Administrator role:
Invoice preperation, data checks & validation
Responsibilty for raising & reconciling weekly invoices
Process cancellations & postponements
KPI management
Creating Custoner reports
Prepping Driver packs
Support the Customer Service function
Skills, Qualifications & Experience required for the Accounts Administrator role:
Excellent attention to detail
Microsoft Office in particular Excel - Intermediate level
Good numeracy & literacy skills
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
Ability to prioritise, work independently and reach defined targets
Good interpersonal skills - able to deal with people at all levels
Passionate about delivering customer service excellence
