Responsibilities:

  • Act as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments, our European 3PL warehouses, and a select group of partners.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment issues to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Work on outbound fulfillment complaints daily, ensuring timely follow‑up and swift resolution.
  • Monitor monthly tender order fulfillment in line with agreed timelines.
  • Ensure transactional completeness in various IT systems.
  • Ensure internal and external processes are adhered to.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel would be a bonus.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
  • Flexibility around work tasks and timescales is essential.
  • Ability to accommodate GMT working hours as agreed.

Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years previous experience.

Additional Information:

  • Travel Required: 0–5%
  • Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
