Responsibilities:
- Act as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments, our European 3PL warehouses, and a select group of partners.
- Monitor shared email inboxes to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment issues to ensure SLAs are met.
- Work on outbound fulfillment complaints daily, ensuring timely follow‑up and swift resolution.
- Monitor monthly tender order fulfillment in line with agreed timelines.
- Ensure transactional completeness in various IT systems.
- Ensure internal and external processes are adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel would be a bonus.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Flexibility around work tasks and timescales is essential.
- Ability to accommodate GMT working hours as agreed.
Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years previous experience.
