We are seeking a proactive and experienced part-time HR Specialist to support our growing business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can operate independently, bring structure to HR processes, and support both day-to-day operations and longer-term people development. You will play a key role in strengthening our people function, supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and helping us scale while maintaining our strong company culture. This role has the potential to grow as the business scales.
