A great part-time, hybrid opportunity to join a respected international charity working across the UK and Africa to restore forests, conserve biodiversity, and support communities. They are looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to join their small, mission-driven team. This is a varied and rewarding role with a strong focus on financial processing and support, alongside admin, HR, and executive assistance.
Duties include:
- Processing income and expenditure (QuickBooks)
- Supporting payroll and audit preparation
- Assisting with partner payments
- Office and HR administration
- Providing occasional executive support to the CEO
• 28 hours/week (potential for 21 hours/week)
• Hybrid working (typically 1 day/week in Oxford office)
• Salary: £27,711 - £35,063 FTE (Band D1), depending on experience
• Permanent contract, 3-month probation
