They’re an agile, ambitious young business looking for an exceptional accountant to join them at the ground level, take ownership, and grow with them. As our client’s first key hire, you won’t just be filling a seat - you will have the autonomy to shape how they work, including choosing and implementing the software you prefer to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting services for a portfolio of dentists and dental associates.
  • Design and refine internal processes, including selecting and setting up your preferred cloud accounting software and tools.
  • Prepare and submit annual accounts, self-assessments, and corporation tax returns.
  • Provide clear, proactive financial advice and tax-planning strategies tailored to the dental sector.
  • Act as a trusted, professional point of contact for client queries via video calls and emails.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience with a solid practice background). Please note: candidates can also be in the process of completing their professional exams.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Someone who knows what good tech looks like and wants the freedom to build their own optimal software ecosystem.
  • Communication: Well-spoken, articulate, and capable of building strong, professional relationships with clients.
