Are you a highly organised, proactive individual with a background in administration? We’re looking for a Legal Assistant to join a small, friendly law firm based in Oxfordshire (OX20). About the Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting our client’s small legal team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so a professional and approachable manner is essential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person
- Diary and calendar management for solicitors, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Responding promptly and efficiently to emails and enquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Setting up and coordinating client meetings
- General administrative support and office management duties
About You:
