We are looking for a proactive Office Manager who loves taking on a variety of projects and contributing to the smooth running of a growing business.

Part-time role (20 hours/week). Flexible working across the week is welcome! Friendly team in Eynsham (OX29). Growth potential with training & development opportunities. Salary £30K - £40K FTE DOE.

The Role: Supporting the Business Operations Officer, the successful candidate will handle a wide range of responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly. This role offers huge potential for the right person to truly make it their own.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Operational Coordination: Liaising with property managers, managing visitor passes, and handling post and office supplies.
  • HR & Onboarding: Providing essential HR admin support, including coordinating new starters and ensuring a seamless welcome.
  • Finance Admin: Looking after basic bookkeeping on Xero, with a particular focus on managing credit card expenses.
  • Health & Safety: Taking ownership of H&S obligations, keeping records up to date and organising any necessary training.
  • Logistics & Events: Booking staff travel and coordinating the team's quarterly social events.
  • Board Support: Arranging board meetings, coordinating director schedules, and organising refreshments.
