About the Role 8×8 has an exciting opportunity within our internal IT team for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Salesforce Administrator. This role is based in the UK and can be in-office or hybrid. You will work closely with stakeholders to customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce, ensuring it operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring performance and uptime. Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security. Maintain system health, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in partnership with IT and business teams. Conduct root cause analysis and participate in disaster recovery planning. Build relationships with vendors, technicians, and business units. Participate in organizational change initiatives. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation processes. Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making. Design automation solutions like Flows and Process Builder. Support Salesforce integration with third-party tools. Provide user support, training, and develop training materials. Manage data imports/exports and ensure data accuracy. Stay informed about Salesforce updates and implement new features. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues. Work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules. Collaborate within a flexible work environment, including remote options. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Experience with Salesforce configuration, user management, and data maintenance. Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Data Loader, Process Builder, and Flows. Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or higher. Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
