  • Align product, engineering, operations, and sales teams around priorities and trade-offs
  • Own the channel platform roadmap: onboarding, enablement, co-selling, incentives, self-service tools, and analytics
  • Partner with BAs and engineering to translate strategy into clear requirements and deliverables
  • Engage in architecture discussions—advocate for API-first, scalable design decisions
  • Champion partner needs within the organization through interviews, feedback loops, and usage data analysis
  • Define and track KPIs: partner activation, partner-driven revenue, satisfaction, and retention
  • Build dashboards that enable transparency and accountability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in B2B partnership or platform environments
  • Strong leadership in building and scaling cross-functional programs in a multi-product environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments—challenge requests, build alignment, drive decisions
  • Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, system architecture, CRM/PRM tools, and integration patterns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from partner data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in telecom, UCaaS, CPaaS, or communications SaaS
  • Familiarity with enterprise billing and provisioning
