We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to redefine how partners engage with our ecosystem—from onboarding to support. You will own the product vision for platforms that enable resellers, integrators, distributors, and technology partners to sell, provision, and support our solutions at scale. This role rewards curiosity and critical thinking. You will challenge assumptions, uncover root causes, and build roadmaps that balance business urgency with platform sustainability. You will be the voice of the partner internally while aligning cross-functional teams around a shared transformation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for our partner program
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and partner segmentation to identify opportunities
- Align product, engineering, operations, and sales teams around priorities and trade-offs
- Own the channel platform roadmap: onboarding, enablement, co-selling, incentives, self-service tools, and analytics
- Partner with BAs and engineering to translate strategy into clear requirements and deliverables
- Engage in architecture discussions—advocate for API-first, scalable design decisions
- Champion partner needs within the organization through interviews, feedback loops, and usage data analysis
- Define and track KPIs: partner activation, partner-driven revenue, satisfaction, and retention
- Build dashboards that enable transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in B2B partnership or platform environments
- Strong leadership in building and scaling cross-functional programs in a multi-product environment
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments—challenge requests, build alignment, drive decisions
- Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, system architecture, CRM/PRM tools, and integration patterns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from partner data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in telecom, UCaaS, CPaaS, or communications SaaS
- Familiarity with enterprise billing and provisioning
- Experience with partner onboarding, enablement programs, or channel sales dynamics
