Who You Are
- 4+ years of success on high‑stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production.
- Production‑quality code in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Scala, Go, or similar.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML features (recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
- Strong testing practices and CI/CD ownership.
- Ability to diagnose and remediate architecture‑level concerns—scalability, security, reliability, performance.
- Proven mentoring and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Do
- Make immediate contributions, building trust with clients and teammates.
