We are deeply ingrained in the culture, creating social-first, performance-driven, and AI-powered content. Our team specialises in making brands go viral and creating content geared towards mass awareness. We are a dynamic team that excels in a digital-first world and we've won awards for our work.

We're looking for a Creative Manager to lead our content team and creative output across our clients. You'll head up the content team (currently four people), owning everything from creative direction and content strategy through to delivery and performance. You'll set the standard, develop the team, work with the account manager to keep clients happy and make sure everything is delivered on time.

This role suits someone who can move comfortably between the strategic and the hands-on, from shaping strategy, planning and mentoring the team to scripting a hook, refining an edit or maintaining a content calendar. It calls for creative judgement to raise the standard of the work and the management ability to take a team with you.

  • Manage, mentor and grow a team of four content creators, with regular feedback and clear development pathways
  • Encourage a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous learning
  • Keep the team aligned on deadlines, quality standards and evolving client needs
  • Own the creative output
  • Oversee end to end production of video and image content, from ideation to posting, across all platforms
  • Build content strategy from the ground up for clients, not just execute briefs
  • Make sure every piece aligns with client goals, platform trends and performance data
  • Source content as needed, and lead or attend shoots when required
  • Work closely with the Account Manager(s) as the main content point of contact, keeping content calendars accurate and up to date
  • Represent the content team in internal and external meetings, including presenting to clients
  • Stay on top of platforms and performance
  • Monitor performance, report on insights and drive creative innovation based on data and trends
  • Feed into case studies, pitches and ad-hoc strategic projects across the business
  • Keep sharpening your own skills in content, campaign management and leadership

3+ years experience in content creation or social media

  • Agency experience, with a track record of running multiple client accounts at once
  • Video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Short-form expertise across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Has built content strategies
  • Can analyse performance data and adjust creative accordingly
  • Comfortable shooting and directing content on shoots
  • A working understanding of paid social and how it supports organic content
  • Some familiarity with AI tools or workflows for video editing or content creation.

Competitive salary. An extra weeks worth of holiday, a total of 33 days per year including bank holidays. Work space with daily breakfast, Wellness Wednesdays and Pizza + Beer on Thursdays. A culture that prizes experimentation, originality, and voice.
