You will be the driving force behind the growth of our new business lines for Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Reporting directly to our co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, you will take full ownership of the sales process - starting as an individual contributor and evolving into a leadership role. Your mandate will include defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), developing a robust sales playbook, and closing deals with PSPs for access to Local Payments Methods (LPMs) in hard-to-reach countries. If you have a proven track record in payments sales and a passion for building sales functions almost from the ground up, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact during a period of rapid organizational change. Job Requirements:
- Payments Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the payments sector, with a focus on selling to Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
- Product Knowledge: Good understanding of APM/LPM sales.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive PSP adoption of LPMs.
- ICP & Playbook Development: Collaborate with leadership to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and create a comprehensive sales playbook.
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead the entire sales process - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continually refine strategies.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies, improve lead quality, and build a comprehensive, data-driven sales infrastructure, and collaborative Go-To-Market function.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide timely insights and feedback to senior management regarding market conditions, opportunities, and challenges.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Build a robust sales pipeline from the ground up, developing forecasting models with current tools and data.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to continuously assess, refine, and enhance sales operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
