We\’re restructuring to drive strategic, operational, and cultural change. As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with all department heads to cut through complexity, lead cross-functional projects, and manage risk. Your role: turning ideas into action and ensuring high-impact initiatives succeed. Part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to CEO. Remote with access to our London office, based in UK or Europe.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Education:

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record in leading complex organisational transformation and change management projects.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional strategic awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and translate visionary ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong process management skills – from ideation through to execution.
  • Acute eye for risk and capability to anticipate and avert issues.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clear, concise, and influential messaging.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively liaise between the CEO and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised.

Strategic Project Management:

  • Lead and/or coordinate multiple small and medium-length, cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with the company’s restructuring goals.
  • Coordinate selected large-scale strategic programmes of work in line with company strategy and vision.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risk, delivering clear, measurable outcomes.

Executive Support & Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing timely advice on strategic initiatives and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate decision-making by synthesising complex information and offering actionable insights.
  • Ability to dive into complex incidents to lead isolated or cross-departmental responses.

Change Management & Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior executives, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation.
  • Communicate strategic priorities and project updates to key stakeholders regularly.

Process Optimization:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to transform strategic ideas into operational execution.
  • Identify potential challenges early, proposing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Cultural Transformation:

  • Play an active role in driving cultural change within the company, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
