We're looking for a highly organised, process-driven Account Director to join our growing team.

Sitting within the Studio team and reporting to the COO, you'll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, from initial brief through to final production, while also supporting the delivery of integrated client accounts across the agency.

The Role

We're looking for a production powerhouse who combines operational excellence with a strong creative instinct.

You'll lead the day-to-day running of the Studio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from brief through to final production while maintaining exceptional creative standards.

Reporting to the COO, you'll manage four team members across video, graphic design and motion design, while working closely with the Head of Design and Video Lead to shape creative output and ensure work meets the brief.

You'll oversee studio resourcing, project scheduling, production planning, budgeting and client communications, helping translate ideas from across the agency into high-quality creative deliverables.

Working at an Account Director level, you'll balance operational efficiency with commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to maximise project value while supporting integrated client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
  • Line manages four Studio team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews and professional development.
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Studio, fostering a collaborative, organised and high-performing culture.
  • Partner with the Head of Design and Video Lead to ensure creative excellence while providing operational leadership.
  • Production & Studio Operations
  • Own end-to-end production across video, animation, graphic design and social content.
  • Manage studio workflow, resourcing, capacity planning and project schedules.
  • Develop and improve production processes to maximise efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate production logistics including shoots, locations, casting, suppliers and technical requirements.
  • Turn creative ideas from across the agency into clear production plans.
  • Creative Quality
  • Ensure all creative output meets client briefs, brand guidelines and agency quality standards.
  • Challenge briefs where necessary to clarify objectives, scope and production feasibility.
  • Review work throughout production, providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistency across deliverables.
  • Client & Project Management
  • Act as the primary production contact for clients throughout delivery.
  • Lead production meetings, manage timelines and feedback, and proactively manage expectations.
  • Identify and manage scope changes while working closely with Account Directors and project teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Commercial Management
  • Manage production budgets, track project profitability and monitor studio utilisation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with freelancers and production suppliers.
  • Support new business by preparing production estimates, timelines and costings for proposals and pitches.
  • Required Experience
  • Significant experience as a Producer, Senior Project Manager or process-driven Account Director within a creative agency, production studio or media environment.
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong project planning, workflow and resource management skills using tools such as Productive, Notion or similar.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidence reviewing creative work against briefs and quality standards.
  • Strong client management skills with experience leading production communications and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience managing budgets, production costs, scopes of work and external suppliers.
  • Good understanding of digital, social and video content production across major platforms.
  • Calm, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for social impact, campaigning and purpose-led organisations.
  • Bonus Points
  • Experience with agency resourcing and capacity planning tools (e. g. Productive).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of licensing, talent agreements, usage rights and production legal clearances.
  • Experience supporting new business pitches and presenting production approaches.
