You are joining a team of people who…

  • Are passionate about driving change

Who are you?

In this role, you will work on some of the world’s most pressing issues - you will create and launch best in class social campaigns that mobilise audiences across the world to make change.

We are looking for a social and creative expert, who has varied digital campaigning expertise: you will lead and implement social and influencer campaigns, think strategically about how to mobilise and persuade, work with our content teams to create both big ideas and specific pieces of content, analyse audience and insights data to understand what works, draft copy.

You will build and lead relationships with a broad range of clients, advising and consulting on how they can launch genuinely innovative digital campaigns - delivering fantastic results and measurable impact.

Ideally, you will be someone with 5+ years experience activating digital campaigns in a communications agency or inhouse. You will need to have both a strategic and hands-on approach, and you will have in-depth knowledge of quality content and social media channels, in particular Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X as well as ideally some understanding of how search, web, programmatic and analytic can fit into a wider campaign.

Key responsibilities

  • Creative and Social Expertise
    • Creative Vision with a maker’s mindset: Ability to conceptualise big-picture creative campaigns and get hands-on - writing punchy copy, drafting scripts, creating thumb-stopping hooks, and developing social content for non-profits, NGOs, and ethical brands.
    • Social-First: Finger on the pulse of popular culture, platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging digital trends across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
    • Creator & influencer: Hands-on experience identifying, outreach-managing, briefing, and building relationships with creators, ambassadors, and influencers to amplify impact authentically.
    • Translating complexity: Brilliant at taking dense policy, advocacy, or cause-related topics and turning them into accessible, emotionally resonant, and action-oriented comms (petitions, donor journeys, campaign toolkits, and case studies).
    • Hands-On content ideation, briefing and creation: Strong eye for visual storytelling and format innovation, with the ability to co-create creative assets, write email/social copy, and brief design and video production teams effectively.
    • Agile creative optimisation: Ability to run creative testing, analyse content performance in real time, and swiftly adapt copy, hooks, or visual direction based on audience response.
  • Account and Project Strategy delivery
    • Strategic Client Leadership: Experienced trusted advisor offering confident strategic counsel, crisis management support, and long-term digital direction aligned with clients' social impact goals.
    • Commercial & Operational Rigor: Able to manage growth, scoping SOWs, resourcing, budget allocation, profitability, and project delivery - ensuring high quality on time and within budget.
    • An Entrepreneurial mindset: Able to think about organic client growth, pitch presentation leadership, and crafting winning proposal strategies for prospective cause-based clients.
    • Team Empowerment & Line Management: You will be a line manager capable of inspiring Account Managers and Executives - leading by example, setting clear standards, and actively mentoring junior talent in both strategy and hands-on delivery.
    • Data & Impact Storytelling: Expertise in turning raw analytics, social listening, and KPI tracking into clear, compelling impact stories, translating digital metrics into tangible real-world outcomes for clients.
    • Agility Under Pressure: Calm, solutions-focused approach when navigating sensitive cause-related topics, fast-moving news agendas, multi-stakeholder sign-offs, or sudden campaign pivots.
