Support our growing client base by managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and providing advice and service alongside our Account Executives.

Location & Compensation

Whyteleafe

Salary: Negotiable basic salary with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension, and death in service. Additional flexible benefits and a share save scheme (15% discount on BRO shares post‑probation).

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day servicing of a book of commercial insurance clients across multiple lines.
  • Assist with renewal reports, mid‑term adjustments, and policy documentation.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and find appropriate resolutions.
  • Liaise with underwriters and insurers to secure the best terms.
  • Maintain accurate client records in compliance with FCA guidelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure new customers are properly protected.
  • Collaborate with the regional leadership team to develop your skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong grounding in commercial insurance products – property, casualty, and motor.
  • Proficiency with the Acturis system and experience using insurer/broker portals and e‑traded systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to negotiate and sell.
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • IT literacy and a wider skill set that includes negotiation, sales, and IT skills.
