Sales Quality Analyst
Location: Bournemouth (Remote working available if desired)
Brown & Brown Employee Benefits are looking to recruit a Sales Quality Analyst to join our Compliance team.
The main function of the role is to complete, record, and provide feedback to advisers regarding file reviews. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure their processes align with requirements and deliver good customer outcomes.
Additionally, you will assist in monitoring employees’ adherence to training and competency requirements, provide detailed management information to the Compliance & Conduct Manager, and feedback performance to advisers.

Duties include:
- Monitoring and assessing advisers through file checks and call listening to identify training needs.
- Providing feedback and training as necessary.
- Supporting the T&C scheme and working with the Compliance team.
- Monitoring and reporting on the results of the PCH T&C scheme.
- Ensuring the fair treatment of customers and prioritizing their best interests.
- Preparing and presenting reports, MI, and statistics to the Compliance & Conduct Manager within deadlines.
- Keeping the Compliance & Conduct Manager informed about compliance performance.
- Providing clear, objective feedback, recognizing achievements, and suggesting improvements.
- Maintaining detailed records.
Previous experience in compliance, call monitoring, or sales quality analysis, preferably within insurance, is required.
