Providing accurate and timely financial information to all stakeholders, supporting the centralised finance team in delivering monthly analysis and reporting across the business.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Produce insightful analysis of income and expense compared to forecast and budget, including divisional analysis.
  • Prepare commentary for stakeholders to be included in management packs.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and monthly forecast.
  • Review the quality of input data to ensure accuracy of reporting.
  • Create regular and timely mid‑month reports to track performance.
  • Support the Finance Manager with onboarding additional divisions.
  • Assist the Client Money Manager with RMAR preparation and submissions.
  • Prepare and review schedules for SOX reporting.
  • Perform month‑end reconciliations and provide account analysis.
  • Prepare Board and Business Review Packs.
  • Support the production of the annual budget and statutory accounts.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager, Finance Business Partners, and B&B Group Finance to support change and efficiency initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes within the team.
  • Build professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Coach and support Assistant Management Accountants and undertake other ad‑hoc tasks as required.

  • Part‑Qualified Accountant.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and highly organised.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, flexible, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
