Location: Chesterfield (On site). Salary: Negotiable + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a personal pipeline of new business.
  • Add new introducers to your network.
  • Advise clients on new business quotations, coverage requirements and ultimately through to their renewals.
  • Work with clients to expand and develop their coverage to ensure they have the right cover.
  • Liaise with the broking and support team to ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Actively negotiate with underwriters as required to secure the best terms.
  • Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
  • Ensure income and retention targets are achieved and maintained.
  • Work with the management team to achieve business objectives and support the development of colleagues.

  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels, especially board level.
  • Full driving licence.
