Brown & Brown (UK) is recruiting for our Personal Lines team in Chesterfield to help grow the business and ensure clients receive excellent service levels.
About the role
This role focuses on converting leads and providing customer support, while also facilitating career development through training and opportunities to manage clients end-to-end.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing new business quotations and assisting clients on renewals
- Working with clients to expand and develop their coverage to ensure they have the right cover
- Liaising with the broking and support team to ensure all documentation is accurate
- Actively negotiating with underwriters as required to secure the best terms
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved

About you
- Initial insurance experience, or a strong background in sales and/or customer service
