888 Recruitment Solutions Ltd are working with a reputable Motor Company group in Southampton, that are looking for a Customer Contact Advisor to join their top performing team. Interested candidates have the option of joining on a Part Time or a Full Time contract. The ideal candidate will be seeking Full Time work, as the opportunity to earn great commission is better for a Full Time individual.
Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm
Days: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Successful candidates will be joining a team of 7 other advisors, alongside a Manager and Supervisor. This team offer over 65 years experience between them, and so the opportunity to learn and be a part of a team that can be helpful to candidates is strong.
This role will suit either a person looking to come into a Customer Contact role, or an experienced person that would like to use their experience to add to the experience in house at present.
As this role is a contact centre, your role will be dedicated to being on the phone. Candidates can expect to be making between 60-80 calls per day, with an average of 20-30 inbound calls per day. Whilst call time cannot be completely measured, you will be spending on average, around 3-4 hours of your working day on the telephone. There will be periods that you will be wrapping up calls and making notes, and this will take place in the time not on a call.
This is a non customer facing role, so there will be no site visits by customers.
