Axalta is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (rotation shift) at our Wellingborough facility to manufacture formulations to meet planned volumes safely and with high quality.
You will rotate across manufacturing activities, operate mixing equipment, and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.
The role requires practical experience in manufacturing, GCSE/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, numeracy and ideally Maths/English qualifications, plus a forklift licence.
