The Lead Finance Analyst will support the SigniFi program, a multi‑year global finance transformation initiative, by developing enhanced reporting and analytical capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced analytical and financial reporting solutions using the SigniFi systems architecture.
- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities at local, regional, and global levels, providing analytics, governance, and training.
- Deliver insightful analytics and strategic recommendations to support management reporting objectives.
- Support squad teams in designing and executing innovative solutions, ensuring integration and effective deployment of business processes.
- Partner with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners, as well as change management, communications, and training teams.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data analytics and uphold internal reporting standards enterprise‑wide.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Preferred advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, MBA, or Master’s.
- At least 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Hands‑on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools.
- Experience overseeing data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth.
- Proactive, results‑driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information confidently.
- Balance big‑picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Experience in multiple business units and in designing, implementing, and managing FP&A processes/tools in a global organization is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls and USGAAP is a plus.
