Purpose of the Job

To be part of the engineering team providing reactive and planned maintenance in a high-end commercial head office. Site Engineers identify technical issues, provide solutions, and carry out works related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. All works must be organized and carried out safely, completed to the satisfaction of our client.

Job Details

• Location: London, West End
• Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance as per the client’s schedule.
• Source, organize, and accept delivery of parts required for works.
• Carry out Reactive Works as instructed.
• Cover for other Engineers during absence.
• Complete engineering forms with photos and send to Contract Support.
• Perform Risk Assessments for reactive jobs.
• Advise the Site Supervisor on quotations for additional works.
• Update the client’s Smartsheet system with relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with the Permit to Work System.

Key Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant educational qualification, preferably NVQ level.
• Experience working in client premises and building client relationships.
