As a Ductwork Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage ductwork projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure project delivery with high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include invoicing, project setup, communication, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor ductwork projects from inception to completion.
- Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications and variations.
- Set up projects by preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) and collecting delivery information.
- Ensure materials are ordered from the correct suppliers for better purchasing.
- Review drawing revisions with the client team regularly to ensure they are up to date.
- Organise and manage labour resources.
The Ideal Candidate
- ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of building strong professional relationships and effective project management.
- Proficiency in IT, including AutoCAD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
