Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Salary: Β£26,564.10

86 Group are recruiting on behalf of their client for a professional and organised Administrator Receptionist to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from lovely modern offices and enjoy a great benefits package within a supportive and professional environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide a welcoming reception service while supporting the wider business with a variety of Key Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking meetings, travel, accommodation and restaurants
  • Maintaining office supplies and communal areas
  • Providing administrative support to Directors and Managers
  • Keeping records, filing systems and company portals up to date

Essential Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Previous administration or reception experience
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration
