The Director of Data & Analytics will be a strategic business leader responsible for defining and executing the company's data strategy. This role bridges the gap between business and data teams, ensuring that analytics drive smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions across the company. You will work directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders, helping refine our commercial strategy, revenue performance metrics, and customer insights. While this is a leadership role, we’re a fast-moving company, and sometimes you’ll need to roll up your sleeves whether it’s refining a dashboard, optimising a key data pipeline, or troubleshooting a complex analytics challenge.
You’ll lead and mentor teams across key analytics functions such as Product, Marketing, Commercial Analytics and Data and Analytics Engineering. The teams use tools like Segment and Mixpanel to track user behaviour, guide product strategy, and measure feature impact. We analyse data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and other sources to drive revenue performance, pipeline insights, and sales forecasting. From an engineering perspective, we maintain Python-based data pipelines for seamless ingestion into Snowflake, using dbt to model and optimise data.
This role requires a blend of business acumen, executive-level stakeholder management, and technical execution; someone who can advise the C-suite on strategy, lead teams, and contribute directly when needed.
