We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £16.71/hour.

As Head Waiter your duties will include:

Managing your section within the restaurant efficiently & professionally
Awareness of the menu & preparation of dishes
Completing the set-up of the restaurant
Building a rapport with regular guests
Maintaining the standards set for service by the Restaurant Manager
