We're working with a well-established, award-winning Microsoft Partner to find a talented Modern Work Consultant to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist who thrives on turning complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.

You'll take a lead role in client engagements — from initial discovery and requirements workshops through to solution design and delivery — working with a range of enterprise clients across the UK.

The Role

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you'll design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that genuinely transform the way organisations work. You'll be comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality documentation — all while keeping an eye on time, cost, and quality.

Day-to-day, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Running requirements-gathering workshops and translating findings into current-state assessments and solution designs
  • Delivering hands-on implementation across Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva
  • Contributing to pre-sales activities — writing proposals, statements of work, and responding to tenders
  • Providing technical leadership on projects and feeding into larger programme delivery
  • Keeping up with the Microsoft roadmap and sharing that expertise with clients and colleagues alike

What We're Looking For

You'll be a confident, self-motivated consultant who enjoys variety and is equally at home in client-facing and technical environments. Key experience includes:

  • Proven hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft 365 — especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and CoPilot
  • Experience facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes into actionable solution designs
  • Ability to estimate effort, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to sales conversations
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Automate, Canvas Apps) and SharePoint Framework
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, Purview, and identity access management
  • Knowledge of development patterns and best practices across M365, Power Platform and Azure
  • Microsoft certifications relevant to your area of expertise (or an active drive to achieve them)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Places, on-premises SharePoint, Google-to-Microsoft migrations, or Exchange is a bonus but not essential.

The Package

Our client offers a genuinely impressive benefits package — here are some highlights:

  • 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off, no catch)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 28 days with service, plus your birthday off
  • Private medical insurance (Vitality Health) and medical cash plan (Medicash)
  • Life assurance, Employee Assistance Programme
  • 5.5% employer pension contribution
  • EV car scheme, cycle scheme, and discounted gym membership
  • Annual training and personal development budget
  • Holiday buy/sell scheme (buy up to 10 extra days, sell up to 5)
  • Quarterly and annual peer-nominated awards, plus spot bonuses
  • Regular in-person company events and a strong social calendar
  • Recognised as a Great Place to Work™ and awarded Best Workplaces for Development, Wellbeing, and Women — this is a business that genuinely invests in its people.
