Role Overview
83zero have partnered with a growing Health-Tech Organisation based in Kings Cross, London. These guys are on a mission to develop and enhance the software used in the NHS and are already rolling out this new product which hasn't been enhanced in over 25 years. As an Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency across various teams. This high-impact position involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders and taking full ownership of critical projects from the outset. You will have the opportunity to significantly influence the growth and operational excellence of a rapidly scaling business. Working closely with product, implementation, and engineering teams, you will help shape a support ecosystem that directly impacts healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
